Spark Audit Form - Spring 2023

Once you have completed the requirements of the Spark program, you must complete this audit form by Friday, May 5, 2023. CSS will verify your attendance and eligibility for the textbook stipend only after you have completed this form.

Spark audit forms will be reviewed the week after Spring 2023 exams, and you will be notified of your Spark status by the beginning of June. Textbook stipends will be awarded and loaded onto your student account by the first day of Fall 2023 classes to use toward textbooks purchased for Fall 2023 classes.

The textbook scholarship will be applied to your student account and only to textbooks purchased at Barnes and Noble on the Southern Miss campus. If you have more questions about the Spark program or the audit process, please contact Lauren Bridges at L.Bridges@usm.edu.
