Spring 2024 Spark Audit Form

Once you have completed the requirements of the Spark program, you must complete this audit form by Thursday, May 2, 2024. CSS will verify your attendance and eligibility for the textbook scholarship only after you have completed this form.

Spark audit forms will be reviewed the week after Spring 2024 exams, and you will be notified of your Spark status before you return to classes in Fall 2024. Textbook stipends will be awarded and loaded onto your student account to use toward textbooks purchased for Fall 2024 classes.

The textbook scholarship will be applied to your student account and only to textbooks purchased at Barnes and Noble on the Southern Miss campus. If you have more questions about the Spark program or the audit process, please contact Dr. Ashley Burnside at ashley.burnside@usm.edu
